You don’t need to. For Audit Fast-Track, we assign a time within 12 hours. For Signature and Math Classroom sessions, we’ll assign your time within 24 hours and email you to confirm preferences before finalizing.

What if we’re not available at the assigned time?

📍Audit Fast-Track: You and your child must be available in the next 3 days (afternoons, 3–7pm). If that’s not possible, please wait to book.

📍Signature & Math Classroom: If the assigned time doesn’t work, reply within 24 hours of receiving it. We’ll adjust based on your preferences (afternoon/evening, weekday/weekend, 2–3 weeks out).

Can we get a refund or reschedule?

Audit Fast-Track: No refunds, no reschedules.
